Engraphis 0.9: the v1 to v2 bridge

Engraphis 0.9 was the upgrade release: it made the v2 engine practical for existing installations and made the v2 dashboard the default experience for new containers.

What changed

  • Automatic migration. A pre-existing v1-shaped engraphis.db is backed up and migrated to the v2 schema on startup, without manual SQL.
  • Dashboard-first containers. The Dockerfile now starts engraphis-dashboard --no-open, giving fresh deployments the working dashboard with auth, license, and trial routes.
  • Core-floor CI. Ruff and minimal NumPy-only test collection were repaired, and deep-nesting input guards now behave consistently across supported Python versions.

Try the upgrade

$ pip install --upgrade "engraphis[server]" $ engraphis-dashboard --no-open # existing v1 databases migrate on startup
